TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Building key relationships with security directors, engineers, and architects to implement and drive adoption of hirify.global's access and identity security solutions with an accent on increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of the hirify.global security footprint. Focus on creating success plans, conducting business reviews, and identifying improvement areas in customer experience.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $101,000 – $148,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus.

What you will do

  • Drive onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers.
  • Build success plans, establish critical goals, and aid customers in achieving their objectives.
  • Design and execute a value roadmap for each customer.
  • Establish regular cadence calls (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) with each assigned customer.
  • Partner with the hirify.global Account Team to find opportunities for new usage of hirify.global solutions and build contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to advocate for customers’ needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or post-sales technical account management.
  • Strong consulting and project management skills with proven results in driving business value for customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience with a Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions company and/or an enterprise software company working with large enterprise customers is highly desired.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as on-premises IT landscape.
  • Must be based in the United States.
