What you will do
- Lead and manage hirify.global's strategic partnership with Google Cloud across South West Europe (France, Spain, Switzerland).
- Drive new business acquisition (net new logos) in Financial Services, B2B Industry, and Automotive verticals.
- Develop and execute partner growth strategies and innovative go-to-market offerings with Google Cloud.
- Engage with prospect organizations through value-based selling and lead the entire pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and capability teams for alignment and support.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting via Salesforce CRM.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B channel and cloud technology experience, ideally with a proven track record of working directly with **Google Cloud**.
- Ability to lead, influence, and execute effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong relationship-building skills, excelling at building long-term, trust-based connections.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable making autonomous decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience navigating and influencing marketing, technology, and line-of-business teams within large enterprise environments.
- Excellent English and French communication skills are required.
