What you will do

  • Upgrade and manage the global C&B strategy, including equity, benchmarking with leading tech companies.
  • Update and maintain compensation ranges and manage equity attributions.
  • Ensure benefits competitiveness and manage relationships with providers.
  • Deploy and manage annual increase processes worldwide.
  • Automate and optimize C&B processes, campaigns, and workflows.
  • Participate in global projects like budget definition and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Significant experience (at least 8 years) in Compensation & Benefits.
  • In-depth knowledge of C&B practices, notably the North American market.
  • Experience in a fast-growing, international environment.
  • Structured, thorough, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Efficient communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
