Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Lead Commercial Aftermarket Connectivity projects aligned with Connectivity NPI, managing schedules and risks.
• Direct and motivate project teams, partnering with technical, commercial, and regional members to launch and scale solutions.
• Evaluate and manage deliverables to meet service expectations.
• Monitor project results and ensure adherence to quality standards and processes.

Requirements

• Must work full-time onsite in Mossville, Illinois, United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Experience in tactical, strategic planning and decision making.
• Knowledge of data gathering, reporting, and application implementation.
• Leadership experience in NPI/NTI and connectivity preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAT Equipment Connectivity.
• Dealer Connectivity Representative experience.
• Marketing and industry trade show experience.
