What you will do

  • Own the customer relationship from adoption to renewal and expansion for enterprise accounts.
  • Drive product utilization and optimize configurations to maximize customer value.
  • Advocate internally for product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Regularly analyze and communicate business value to customer executives and their teams through Business Reviews.
  • Partner with sales to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion.
  • Oversee key milestones during implementation in partnership with an Implementation Success Manager.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager owning enterprise relationships for B2B software solutions.
  • Ability to analyze and investigate large data sets to understand user behavior and make tangible recommendations.
  • Exceptional presentation skills to engage Director/VP/C-level stakeholders.
  • Direct exposure to finance and/or accounting (Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Accounting).
  • Direct exposure to finance tech (e.g., SAP Concur, Chrome River, NetSuite, Oracle).
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with project management, fraud, compliance, and EU privacy laws.
  • Previous experience using a Customer Success Platform such as Catalyst or Gainsight.
