What you will do
- Manage and develop customer accounts, supporting retention, renewals, and incremental revenue growth.
- Identify and progress new upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
- Own and manage small to medium-sized commercial opportunities, while supporting senior colleagues on larger deals.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Contribute to solution-led sales of NEP Connect services, including managed services, media connectivity, cloud, and IP.
- Support the preparation of RFP and RFI responses, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of pricing, margin, and contractual principles.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
- Proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Experience in account management, sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Exposure to solution-based or technology-enabled services environments.
- Strong interest in the media, broadcast, connectivity, or live production sectors.
- Typically 2–4 years’ experience in a relevant commercial role.
