What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners in electricals, home & garden, subscriptions, and gifting.
- Optimise performance by negotiating strong discounts and omnichannel offers for members.
- Turn data into action by analysing performance metrics and consumer trends to guide strategic growth.
- Prospect and onboard new partners, ensuring an impactful start to the partnership.
- Plan and deliver marketing activity to drive member engagement.
- Lead commercial discussions for contract renewals and re-negotiations.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Data, and other internal teams to execute joint business plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management or Partnership Management with a track record of building strong commercial relationships and delivering growth.
- Demonstrated negotiation and sales skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Confident working with data, comfortable interpreting sales data and consumer insights.
- A growth mindset: proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive outlook and a collaborative approach.
- Hybrid working is required, with regular office attendance encouraged at either the Leicestershire HQ or London, Holborn office.
- Full remote working is not offered for this role.
