What you will do
- Manage media planning and buying for clients (TUI, Costa, Boots, Muller).
- Make insight-driven AV recommendations to clients, ensuring audit guarantees.
- Develop and implement multi-media planning strategies across various AV channels (Online Video, Addressable TV, OOH TV, Cinema, Radio).
- Forge proactive relationships with media owners.
- Extract and filter relevant insights and research to support planning decisions.
- Tell compelling implementation stories to interweave different media roles, flighting, weights, and formats.
Requirements
- Relevant experience as an AV Planning Manager.
- Multi-media understanding and 360 AV knowledge across all channels.
- Proficiency in industry media planning tools (e.g., Techedge, BARB, Media Ocean, TGI).
- Commercial awareness and ability to extract insights for planning.
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
- Collaborative mindset with leadership and talent management abilities.
- Excellent presentation skills and a drive for innovation.
