What you will do

  • Drive outbound prospecting from initial research to booking qualified meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Partner with leadership to test and iterate on Go-To-Market (GTM) plays, messaging, and new acquisition channels.
  • Build and refine high-value account lists, identifying the right stakeholders within premier staffing firms.
  • Craft personalized, high-conversion outreach that cuts through the noise and addresses deep pain points in technical hiring.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-volume outbound role (SaaS or Tech preferred).
  • Prioritize equity, impact, and long-term growth, energized by the early-stage startup environment.
  • Be relentless about hitting activity targets and genuinely enjoy the challenge of opening new doors.
  • Be competitive but humble, with a desire to learn quickly in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment.
  • Ability to work on-site in our New York City office.
