Location: Remote (Global). This role primarily serves customers in Denmark, Germany, and UKI markets, with hybrid and fully remote options available.

What you will do

  • Nurture, support, and process expansion opportunities from the customer base.
  • Advise customers as a trusted product advisor and business consultant to optimize their value-add.
  • Own the adoption journey of your customer portfolio after the onboarding phase.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, services, marketing, support) to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Manage inbound communication from various channels and cultivate key customers as advocates of hirify.global.
  • Prevent customer churn by measuring health scores and product/feature adoption, and acting proactively on them.
  • Optimize product-market-fit by building the bridge between customer feedback and the product team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
  • Possess an open mindset, positive energy, and enjoy helping customers scale and grow.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, creating tasks while chasing targets.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with diverse tasks.
  • Ability to think and do things at scale in a high-volume, high-velocity role.
  • Be trustworthy, ensuring deadlines are met and promises are kept.
  • Empathetic with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1).
