What you will do

  • Maintain deep customer relationships to drive account revenue retention and growth.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the client business environment, strategy, objectives, and C-level decision-makers.
  • Build and embed long-term trusted advisor relationships within accounts, including with client C-level.
  • Create an account plan with a clear strategy for driving growth by expanding hirify.global's footprint through cross-division collaboration.
  • Oversee all commercial activities within accounts, owning the end-to-end customer relationship.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders and maintain networks to negotiate and close deals.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of sales experience in the financial industry and/or fintech space.
  • Strong command of English is a must; French is good to have.
  • Proficient and experienced across all areas of sales and relationship management/customer-facing roles.
  • Strong ability to develop and complete a sales plan, using various technologies proficiently.
  • Advanced industry knowledge and strong understanding of customers and their business model/workflows.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
