Partner Customer Success Manager

TL;DR
Partner Customer Success Manager: Working with key strategic partners to enable and scale best-in-class customer success for solutions, with an accent on value realization, risk management, and renewal support. Focus on designing partner learning pathways, tracking certifications, and operationalizing best practices for customer outcome workshops.
Location: Remote from the United Kingdom. Local and international travel to meet with partners may be required.

What you will do
- Design and launch a partner Customer Success learning pathway, mapping competencies to certification standards.
- Track certifications and capabilities across partner teams, creating dashboards for coverage.
- Operationalize best practices for value realization, including success planning, adoption plays, and outcome verification.
- Define and manage risk signals, building playbooks for early intervention and escalation.
- Run partner governance cycles, QBR/PBRs, and ensure partners meet program quality standards.
- Assist partners with identifying expansion opportunities and building 12-month rolling plans for key renewals.
Requirements
- Solid experience with SI/MSP/VAR ecosystems and understanding how partner motions deliver customer outcomes.
- Expertise in customer success craft: success planning, QBR/EBR facilitation, value realization, risk detection, and playbook execution.
- Consultative leadership with strong program management and stakeholder alignment.
- Proactive, self-starter with a bias for action, ownership of outcomes, and comfort operating in a build-and-scale environment.
- Must work remotely from the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), FinOps or SaaS Management.
