TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Executing and refining the sales playbook from lead generation to closing for an AI-powered legal tech product with an accent on outbound prospecting, in-person meetings, and relationship building with law firm decision-makers. Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, owning the full sales cycle, and leveraging data for pipeline management.

Location: This role requires regular in-person meetings with prospects and is restricted to candidates based in the USA, specifically within Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas, or Mississippi.

Salary: $100,000 base compensation + $100,000 potential commission. Offers Equity.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct cold calls daily to generate self-sourced meetings weekly.
  • Spend 1-3 days per week meeting prospects in person to build relationships and demonstrate product value.
  • Travel to events and conferences to meet key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Communicate consistently with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading an end-to-end B2B SaaS sales process.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a competitive team player.
  • Commitment to data hygiene and leveraging available tools and resources.
