What you will do

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, helping them unlock the full potential of the Payments product.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and demo to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development.
  • Play a foundational role in scaling a new business motion by bringing ideas, testing quickly, and iterating.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine customer-first mindset.
  • Comfort owning a full sales cycle and navigating multiple stakeholders.
  • Clear, confident communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, test, and iterate.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or similar sales technologies.
