Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 base + commission target

• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing for enterprise clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, understanding their business needs.
• Stay up to date on hirify.global products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Represent hirify.global at marketing events and contribute to strategic planning and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
• Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles.
• Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
