What you will do

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap through deep insights.
• Lead live game operations and monetization strategies to maximize elements.
• Create and build a small team of PM/analysts to develop data-informed roadmaps.
• Partner with GM and EP to ensure a One Team Culture across language and cultural divides.
• Serve as the main product leader voice within hirify.global to champion the product.
• Deliver transformational impact in revenue and profit for hirify.global.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile gaming experience in a product leadership role
• Proven track record in using market and consumer insights for new game success.
• Proven track record of success in live operations through a data-informed lens.
• Experience working with external development teams.
• Ability to bridge cultural and business gaps between Western and Asian partners.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to influence across disciplines.

• Bi-lingual and Bi-cultural, with fluency in both Mandarin and English.
