What you will do

  • Prospect, educate, and close complex sales opportunities with health plans.
  • Develop and clearly articulate value propositions tailored to payer partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health plan leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to successfully close deals and support long-term account success.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings as a sales ambassador.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of sales or business development experience, with strong exposure to health plans.
  • Solid understanding of the payer market, including lines of business such as self-funded and Medicare Advantage.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to independently manage deals and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
  • Experience supporting financial modeling and contract negotiations in partnership with internal teams.
  • Applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States, and immigration or work visa sponsorship will not be provided.
