What you will do

• Nurture relationships with key pharmacy consultants to increase understanding of capabilities.
• Drive opportunity growth through the pharmacy consultant channel.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Facilitate meetings with consultants and provide ongoing follow-up on RFP submissions.
• Conduct ongoing value presentations on consultant book of business performance.
• Assist with responses to pharmacy consultant-sourced RFPs.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years PBM/Health Plan experience working with consultants/brokers.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience interacting with consultants through the RFP process.
• Experience in PBM pricing/underwriting.
• Excellent poise, presentation skills, and strong writing skills.
• English: B2 required.
