TL;DR

Business Development Lead (Healthcare): Identifying, architecting, negotiating, and closing critical strategic collaborations for hirify.global’s commercial growth in the Public Sector / US Government segment with an accent on innovative healthcare technologies. Focus on developing a robust prospect pipeline, understanding complex deal structures, navigating regulated environments, and achieving company objectives through cross-functional teamwork.

Location: Remote, United States. Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Salary: $179,000–$269,000 + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Identify, architect, negotiate, and close strategic collaborations for hirify.global's commercial growth, specifically focusing on the Public Sector / US Government segment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of hirify.global's Pre, hirify.global Me, Lifelong, and Sightline products to inform future investment areas.
  • Develop, manage, and own a robust prospect pipeline, KPIs, and outcomes for the Public Sector / US Government business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, product, engineering, marketing, science) on various transaction types, including long-term and multi-party agreements.
  • Define strategic requirements for major opportunities and manage a pipeline of deals in collaboration with Commercial leadership.

Requirements

  • MBA and/or other advanced degree and 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, with specific experience selling innovative healthcare technology solutions.
  • Proven record of strategic and revenue-generating partnerships and collaborations, demonstrating a track record of managing and closing transactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously lead multiple complex deal structures from inception to successful execution.
  • Numerous pre-existing and deep relationships across key decision-makers within the Public Sector / US Government space and adjacent market segments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, with a desire to help cross-functional teams achieve clarity and alignment, and a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulated environments and in managing/structuring partnerships within the Public Sector / US Government.
  • Familiarity working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, startup-like environment.
  • Experience presenting and delivering succinct messages to external audiences.
