Location: Remote (U.S. only) or onsite in New York City.

Salary: $64,500–$92,750 annually plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Qualify and close inbound opportunities with prospective restaurant brands with 5-15 locations.
  • Drive awareness of hirify.global products and services and book meetings for sales opportunities.
  • Deliver a unified vision of hirify.global’s solutions and present recommended proposals based on prospect understanding.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to final contract negotiations.
  • Partner with Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless program launches.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and new client acquisition goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with 1+ years in a closing role (B2B SaaS, payment solutions, or hospitality tech preferred).
  • Ability to perform outbound prospecting and conduct excellent discovery.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, build, and manage key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), Excel, and data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for C-level decision-makers.
  • Experience deciphering legal contracts and navigating multi-year SaaS agreements.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of deals simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
