What you will do

• Define and own the global Professional Services strategy, including vision, operating model, portfolio design, and regional delivery approach.
• Lead continuous innovation in service offerings, including AI-enabled delivery, automation, and packaged services.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and tooling to improve delivery efficiency, predict risk, and reduce cost to serve.
• Own Professional Services financial performance, including gross margin, utilization, and cost structure.
• Lead and develop a global Professional Services organization with strong succession and leadership capability.
• Build and execute a services partner strategy that expands delivery capacity and accelerates time to value.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of related or equivalent experience, or 10+ years with an advanced degree.
• Proven experience leading a large, global Professional Services organization in a SaaS or platform-based company.
• Demonstrated success scaling services, including onboarding, integration, platform extension, and advisory offerings.
• Proven experience leveraging services partners and designing operational partner delivery frameworks.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution at scale.
• Experience modernizing services through standardization, packaging, automation, or AI-driven approaches.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
