Salary: $195,800 – $244,800 USD

What you will do

• Define and lead the global Professional Services strategy, operating model, and portfolio.
• Drive continuous innovation in service offerings, including AI-enabled delivery and automation.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and tooling to improve delivery efficiency and predict risk.
• Own Professional Services financial performance, including gross margin and utilization.
• Lead and develop a global Professional Services organization and foster cross-functional partnerships.
• Build and execute a services partner strategy to expand delivery capacity and support scale.

Requirements

• Location: Remote within the USA is required.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of related or equivalent experience; or 10+ years with an advanced degree.
• Proven experience leading a large, global Professional Services organization in a SaaS or platform-based company.
• Demonstrated success scaling services including onboarding, integration, platform extension, and advisory offerings.
• Proven experience leveraging services partners, system integrators, or delivery partners for a scaled Professional Services model.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into execution at scale.
• Experience modernizing services through standardization, packaging, automation, or AI-driven approaches.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence across functions and at the C-level.
• English: C1+ required.
