Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 USD

• Lead the design and evolution of a digital design system, building from established patterns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of visual communication education or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of design, marketing, or communications interactive work and design leadership experience.
• 4+ years’ Design Systems experience.
• Experience in a lead design role within a project-based agency environment.
• Substantial experience managing and bringing to life performance social creative.
• Solid understanding of storytelling with video, including editing, pacing, and motion design.
