TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $160k – $200k

What you will do

  • Drive visual direction across in-app surfaces, including icons, illustrations, interstitials, and UI styling.
  • Translate inputs from product, brand, and leadership into cohesive, high-quality creative direction.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Brand team to maintain brand guidelines within a fast-paced product environment.
  • Evolve the application's visual language in partnership with the Head of Experience Design.
  • Direct and elevate the work of peers across the Experience Design team through critiques and mentorship.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of visual design experience with a strong portfolio spanning digital product, illustration, and motion.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Fluency in Figma and AI design tools.
  • Comfort with motion tools such as ProtoPie, After Effects, or equivalent.
  • Systems thinking approach to design for scale.
  • Ability to operate independently and make quality creative decisions without direct supervision.
