TL;DR

Sales Account Manager (Clinical Solutions): Driving growth and impact by managing a portfolio of healthcare clients, focusing on retention, strategic expansion, and relationship building for innovative SaaS solutions. Location: Home based in Missouri, Washington, or Oregon, serving clients across the United States and Canada. Must be able to travel overnight up to 30% of the time.

Salary: U.S. National Base Pay Range: $54,200 - $90,400. Total Target Cash Range: $83,300 - $139,000.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement proactive engagement strategies, health checks, and business reviews to ensure client retention and long-term value.
  • Identify and position upselling and expansion opportunities for Clinical Solutions products through consultative selling.
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders across client accounts.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process for renewals and expansions, managing the pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives and Customer Success teams to drive results and provide market feedback.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or account management, ideally selling SaaS technology or information solutions to hospitals or health systems.
  • Proven success in renewal management, upselling, or cross-selling.
  • Confidence when presenting to and influencing clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Skilled in using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
