What you will do
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and strategically grow the sales pipeline.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and maintain CRM (Salesforce.com) with opportunity and account plans.
- Build foundational relationships with potential new clients.
- Assist senior team members in developing business solutions and preparing sales materials.
- Manage client satisfaction and responsiveness to minimize attrition.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales order intake goals and targets for your assigned territory or region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline is required.
- Work experience, ideally in a target-driven or customer-facing role (e.g., inside sales, business development, account management).
- 70-80% travel is required, and a full driving license is essential for the position.
- This position is open to anywhere in the US.
- Proven, quantifiable track record of success in achieving goals (academic, professional, or personal).
- A keen understanding of the Healthcare or IT Industry.
Nice to have
- A degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
