What you will do

  • Lead CRM strategy for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across owned channels, owning channel and targeting strategies.
  • Partner with Product teams to gain deep product understanding and ensure strong marketing content.
  • Contribute to and build the CRM personalization strategy based on customer attributes and in-app behaviors.
  • Leverage AI to uplevel and automate work across strategy, briefing, asset development, build, deployment, and analysis.
  • Create and run strategic experiments to evaluate new conversion levers and apply learnings to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor, track, and share campaign performance of all marketing activities with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience, ideally in a B2C environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (ex: Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and personalization platforms.
  • Strong campaign execution skills, with experience developing strategy, managing projects, and executing across multiple channels.
  • Experience with AI in automating strategic and operational tasks.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data to generate insights and optimize campaigns; proficient in SQL, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of compliance standards like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, lifecycle funnel design, or incentive-based marketing strategies.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
