TL;DR

Global Campaign Management Leader (Marketing): Defining and leading hirify.global’s integrated marketing campaign strategy globally across the full funnel with an accent on demand generation roadmap and multi-channel campaign orchestration. Focus on driving pipeline, accelerating sales cycles, and contributing to revenue growth through campaign execution and process rigor.

Location: Must be based in London, UK. This role involves managing geographically distributed marketing teams across U.S., EMEA, and APAC.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a global demand generation roadmap aligned with revenue goals and go-to-market motions.
  • Architect and oversee multi-touch, multi-channel campaign journeys (email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, events, ABM).
  • Drive orchestration across channels, incorporating personalization and account-based motions to maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, and Regional Marketing to ideate, launch, measure, and optimize demand programs.
  • Define KPIs, establish dashboards, and continuously analyze campaign performance for optimization and ROI.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure process discipline across campaign planning and execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise marketing with deep demand generation and campaign leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling demand generation operations in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on experience in planning and launching large-scale, multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns (ABM, email, paid, webinars, content syndication, events).
  • Strong analytical orientation with experience in funnel optimization, attribution modeling, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, ABM platforms, analytics/BI tools, and campaign orchestration technologies.
  • Experience building and managing geographically distributed marketing teams (U.S., EMEA, APAC).
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing AI, ML, developer tools, SaaS platforms, or technical products.
  • Prior experience scaling marketing operations from startup to scale (e.g., 0 to 50M ARR).
  • Exposure to experiential or field marketing at scale (e.g., conferences, roadshows).
