TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA - North East preferred)

Salary: $70,000 USD – $80,000 USD

What you will do

  • Act as the first line of communication, providing timely, accurate, and friendly customer support.
  • Build strong working relationships with educators, administrators, and program leaders.
  • Conduct routine customer outreach to support adoption, usage, and engagement.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and lead introductory product trainings as proficiency increases.
  • Log, track, and resolve customer issues while ensuring a smooth handoff to technical teams.
  • Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and potential risks, and contribute to customer health reporting.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience required in K-12 school district instructional roles.
  • Strong demonstrated service-delivery experience with educational SaaS solutions.
  • Experience implementing cloud-based, platform products.
  • Excellent active listening, written, and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to diagnose common customer needs and translate those needs into actionable solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 30-40% average and up to 50% during peak periods.
