What you will do
- Drive renewals and account retention to meet ARR targets.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities through upselling and cross-selling hirify.global products.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and support product adoption.
- Monitor and improve customer health, proactively addressing churn risks.
- Act as a strategic customer advocate, building trusted advisor relationships and collaborating with internal teams.
- Maintain a high-accuracy sales pipeline in Salesforce, managing opportunity forecasting and reporting.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within the B2B SaaS industry, preferably with an EdTech background.
- Empathetic listener with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, capable of balancing multiple accounts.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and collaboration platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and G Suite.
- Clear and effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and adaptable team player.
