Location: This role is offered as hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office 3 days per week of your choosing. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the Minneapolis, MN and Eau Claire, WI area and have sponsorship to live and work in United States.
Salary: $2,224–$6,526 USD per month

What you will do
- Prospect into an assigned territory to find leads for the Sales team.
- Follow up on incoming leads and convert them to opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of hirify.global sales philosophy, market, and customers.
- Use Salesforce to accurately manage calls, leads, and opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer journey by answering incoming calls, chats, and emails.
- Collaborate with the extended Sales and Marketing teams.
- Contribute to the improvement of tools and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales, business, or entrepreneurial role.
- Strong prospecting skills, including cold calling and business-to-business sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to collaborate and influence within a team environment.
- Capability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must be based in the Minneapolis, MN and Eau Claire, WI area.
- Must have sponsorship to live and work in United States.
