What you will do

  • Research and identify potential leads through various sources.
  • Utilize tools and platforms to gather relevant contact information of decision-makers.
  • Initiate outbound communications via phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Craft compelling and personalized messaging to capture prospect's attention.
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand prospect's business challenges and needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Must be authorized and based in the United States.
