TL;DR

Sales Development Representative: Generate and qualify leads for Account Executives for a platform empowering customers in regulated industries, with an accent on understanding compliance and archiving requirements. Focus on lead generation through cold calling, maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, and effectively overcoming prospect objections to drive revenue growth.

Location: Must work within EST/PST time zones

Salary: $23-$26 an hour

What you will do

  • Reach daily dial goals and monthly quota for discovery meetings leading to revenue growth opportunities.
  • Become an expert in the hirify.global platform to understand prospect compliance and archiving needs.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Qualify opportunities and leads to the top of the sales funnel.
  • Develop multi-channel presentation skills for in-person and web presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving results.
  • Superior interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm.

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of direct sales experience, preferably in B2B environment.
  • Capability with Salesforce and LinkedIn.
