What you will do

• Define and launch a scalable partner program tailored to associations and private equity firms.
• Co-develop and execute joint marketing campaigns across digital channels, webinars, and events.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with association marketing leadership and private equity firms.
• Manage campaign logistics, including planning, execution, timelines, and budgets.
• Define and monitor key metrics (e.g., leads generated, engagement rates, pipeline growth, ROI).
• Provide performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and partner associations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 3-5 years of demand generation/marketing experience.
• B2B SaaS experience is a must.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Expertise in digital and co-marketing tactics (email, content, webinars, events).
• Exceptional project management, able to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.

• Experience in partner program management and co-marketing roles.
• Experience working with associations, affinity groups, or membership organizations.
