What you will do
- Produce and manage creative projects across video content, brand campaigns, design, and hirify.global’s seasonal video podcast.
- Own podcast guest research, sourcing, outreach, booking, and scheduling.
- Build and maintain production timelines, workflows, and systems.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners and external vendors.
- Manage campaigns and video productions from planning through delivery, including logistics and dependencies.
- Oversee handoff to post-production partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative production processes, templates, and tools.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a creative producer or in a hands-on production role.
- Experience supporting brand campaigns, photo shoots, or large creative initiatives.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple productions at once.
- Comfortable working closely with designers and creative leads in fast-paced environments.
- Communicates clearly and proactively, taking initiative to flag challenges and propose solutions.
- Takes ownership, anticipates needs, and brings structure to complex creative processes.
Nice to have
- Produced brand campaigns, photo shoots, or video series in-house or at an agency.
- Experience supporting podcast or video-based content programs.
- Experience working with external production partners, photographers, or editors.
- Familiarity with creative production tools like Notion, Descript, Canva, FinalCutPro, and Frame.io.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth startup environments.
