TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (HR Solutions): Developing and executing end-to-end field marketing strategies for HR Solutions, focused on driving pipeline through conferences, webinars, and virtual events. Focus on aligning programs with sales priorities, maximizing attendance, and leveraging marketing technology and AI for personalization and efficiency.

Location: This role can be performed 100% remote anywhere in the US.

Salary: Up to $70,000 Annually USD plus 5% annual bonus.

What you will do

  • Develop and own the field marketing strategy aligned with company revenue goals and sales priorities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end field marketing programs, including industry conferences, regional field events, and virtual events.
  • Design and implement pre-event, onsite, and post-event engagement strategies to maximize attendance and conversion.
  • Act as the primary strategic marketing partner for the Sales team, identifying opportunities and ensuring tight follow-up.
  • Own pipeline goals for assigned field programs and measure success through MQLs, pipeline influenced, and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Paid Media, Product Marketing, Content, ABM, and Digital teams.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation experience, preferably in SaaS or HR technology.
  • Proven experience owning field marketing programs as an individual contributor, including in-person and virtual events.
  • Deep understanding of Sales motions and how field marketing supports pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Track record of driving and measuring pipeline impact through field programs.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce and HubSpot (or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
