Alliance Manager, Technology Partners (Fintech)

Alliance Manager, Technology Partners (Fintech): Responsible for establishing and managing relationships with technology platforms, focusing on business management, process automation, and improving business operations. Focus on identifying new alliance opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and deliver solutions based on hirify.global and partner needs.

Location: This hybrid opportunity can be based out of our Vancouver or Toronto office. Qualified candidates who reside outside of reach of office may be eligible for Remote-Canada consideration.

Salary: $112,000 - $140,000 CAD annually (includes base salary plus target bonus/commission).

What you will do

• Establish, recruit & manage relationships with Technology platforms specializing in business management & process automation.
• Build multi-level relationships within your partner ecosystem.
• Identify and produce high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners.
• Identify opportunities for new alliances and partnerships to expand hirify.global’s reach.
• Develop and enable a joint go-to-market message with strategic partners.
• Effectively communicate to management through Salesforce updates, emails, and other means.

Requirements

• 5+ Years in SaaS-based Technologies.
• 3+ Years in Alliances (preferably with eCommerce & retail technologies, platforms, consulting firms).
• A proven track record in scaling and growing new and existing partner ecosystems.
• Experience working with eCommerce & Retail Technologies, Platforms, ISVs and Consultants.
• Travel required on a monthly basis.
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.
