Location: Must be based in Ireland, with willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and scale enterprise sales leaders and account executives across EMEA.
- Drive revenue growth by setting and exceeding pipeline generation and deal closure targets.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, customer-centric sales culture, emphasizing excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and resources.
- Implement and continually optimize scalable sales processes, using data and analytics.
- Serve as a player-coach, leading by example and developing talent.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership position (Director/second-line level or higher).
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales teams in EMEA, with an emphasis on upmarket and enterprise segments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating across functions.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as needed.
