What you will do

  • Prospect, educate, and close complex enterprise sales opportunities with health plans, providers, digital health groups, and governments.
  • Develop and articulate compelling value propositions tailored to payer partners.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior health plan executives and key decision-makers.
  • Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Finance, and Implementation teams to ensure long-term account success.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences as a senior sales ambassador.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales or business development with significant exposure to AI healthcare organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the payer market, including self-funded employers and Medicare Advantage lines of business.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding enterprise sales targets.
  • Ability to independently run complex deal cycles and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
  • Experience supporting financial modeling, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
