Salary: $97,530.00 - $146,290.00

What you will do

• Oversee the resolution of connectivity program issues and manage dashboard requirements.
• Manage every stage of program issue resolution, coupled with connectivity dashboard enhancements, from early ideas through ongoing updates.
• Gather and implement feedback from Dealers, Regional Representatives, and Industry Product Groups.
• Lead and participate in workshops to collect user requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Serve as the main contact between technical teams and stakeholders, presenting solutions and obtaining formal approvals.
• Utilize root cause analysis, change requests, and effective communication to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Knowledge of effective planning techniques (tactical and strategic).
• Familiarity with decision-making processes, tools, and critical thinking.
• Proficiency in data gathering, reporting tools, techniques, and processes.
• Experience with application implementation and supporting end-users.
• Ability to work full-time at the Mossville, IL office.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Grafana.
• Understanding of systems integration with the ability to identify cause issues.
• Experience working with hirify.global dealers.
