Salary: $99,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, aligning with business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional project teams (5-15 members), coordinating and motivating them to achieve objectives.
• Monitor expenditures, track costs against approved budgets, and efficiently allocate resources.
• Identify potential project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and establish quality standards.
• Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment.
• Analyze project performance, implement best practices, and maintain detailed project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Work authorization for the US is required (sponsorship not offered).
