Salary: $128,000–$192,000 (Chicago, IL); $138,200–$207,400 (Boston, MA, Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY).

What you will do
- Execute enterprise technology diligence workstreams (core applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, IT operating models, cybersecurity, AI readiness).
- Perform structured qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify risks, constraints, and opportunities.
- Develop clear diligence deliverables connecting technology findings to business impact and value.
- Support integration and separation planning efforts for M&A environments.
- Collaborate with other advisory teams (Financial Due Diligence, Cyber, Strategy, Transformation).
- Support proposal development, work planning, and budgeting for engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, IT, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology diligence, IT advisory, technology consulting, or related transaction support.
- Strong understanding of technology operating models, architectures, cloud platforms, and cost structures.
- Experience analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data.
- Experience working on Private Equity-backed transactions.
- Product-centric or software engineering experience (e.g., SaaS, digital platforms).
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, data platforms, or AI-enabled initiatives.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
