What you will do

• Provide project leadership for ongoing operations and process improvements.
• Oversee and develop methodologically sound proposals and ensure quality client service.
• Build and plan complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes.
• Direct activities of data processing and analytics teams, producing various reports and analyses.
• Grow external client engagements and identify areas for firm growth and new offerings.
• Lead and motivate diverse global teams, providing mentorship and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
• Deep understanding of Pharma commercial functions, including Data Management, Data warehousing, MDM, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting.
• Proficiency in coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL) and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
• Effective leadership, people management, and project management skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis without requiring future employer sponsorship is mandatory.
