Salary: $187,533.00 – $243,100.00/year

What you will do

• Develop strategies and coordinate projects.
• Establish automated infrastructure for data collection using Agile and Quality Assurance (QA) tools.
• Create data tables, perform data visualization, create and maintain visual dashboards, and build prediction models.
• Design and implement automated data pipelines to track key metrics.
• Categorize issues and enhance search capabilities for QA test automation and tool improvement.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Analytics or related field or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience utilizing data visualization and data collection tools, including ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana), Tableau, Domo, Adobe Analytics, Imply, Jira, and qTest.
• Experience performing Agile software development, including Python scripting within QA environments.
• Experience utilizing SQL, Jira, JQL, Confluence, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel formulas to summarize software quality data and create quality analysis dashboards.
• Experience applying Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including Tokenization and Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF).
