Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (on-site Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday-Friday).

What you will do

• Develop deep, trusted advisor relationships with customer business and technical decision-makers.
• Actively engage with customers and the Sales team to articulate hirify.global's technology and identify upsell opportunities.
• Work closely with customers, Professional Services, and Product teams to integrate the hirify.global platform into the customer's technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with the account team to secure renewals and develop strategies for scaling accounts.
• Develop and deliver targeted product demonstrations and manage effective Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for executives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Professional Services.
• A degree in a technical subject area, such as Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to simplify complex technical subjects for various audiences.
• Strong understanding of APIs and their practical application.
• Hybrid work model requiring on-site work in Dublin, Ireland Tuesday through Thursday.
• Ability to travel up to 40% depending on business needs.

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with generative AI.
• Experience in one or more technical domains or with learning technologies.
