Location: Dublin, Ireland. This role requires in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new accounts, educating contacts on hirify.global's benefits.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Innovate the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn.
  • Conduct face-to-face and Zoom meetings and product demos for prospective customers to close business.
  • Drive executive-level relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Help build sales playbooks and define sales motions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and engaging presentation skills.
  • A positive, open-minded attitude and a builder mentality.
  • Ability to operate within ambiguity and find creative solutions.

Nice to have

  • Early sales hire experience at a fast-growing startup.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Experience of selling through Partners.
  • Experience of quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition.
