TL;DR

Account Executive (SaaS): Building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customers for an AI-powered platform with an accent on maintaining strong relationships, driving executive-level engagements, and mitigating churn. Focus on understanding business challenges, running product demos, and iterating on sales motions in a fast-growing environment.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland, with required in-office work on Mondays and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new accounts by educating contacts about hirify.global's benefits.
  • Actively maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn.
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand prospective customers' business challenges and goals.
  • Drive executive-level relationships and run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, inside sales, customer success, solution engineering, deal-desk, ops, legal).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Fluency in English & French.
  • A track record of high achievement in hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and engaging presentation skills.
  • A positive, open-minded attitude and a strong desire for success without sacrificing values.
  • A builder mentality and ability to operate within ambiguity to find creative solutions.
  • Must be able to work from the Dublin office on Mondays and Thursdays.

  • Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical chops.
  • Direct sales experience combined with selling through Partners.
  • Experience in quarterly sales planning or new logo acquisition sales.
