What you will do
- Prospect and develop new accounts by educating contacts about hirify.global's benefits.
- Actively maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify expansion opportunities.
- Iterate on the contract renewal process to retain and grow customers while mitigating churn.
- Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand prospective customers' business challenges and goals.
- Drive executive-level relationships and run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, inside sales, customer success, solution engineering, deal-desk, ops, legal).
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Fluency in English & French.
- A track record of high achievement in hitting or exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication and engaging presentation skills.
- A positive, open-minded attitude and a strong desire for success without sacrificing values.
- A builder mentality and ability to operate within ambiguity to find creative solutions.
- Must be able to work from the Dublin office on Mondays and Thursdays.

- Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.

- Direct sales experience combined with selling through Partners.
- Experience in quarterly sales planning or new logo acquisition sales.
