TL;DR

Account Executive (UKI): Building pipeline, generating revenue, and expanding strategic customers for a software platform with an accent on product demos, sales motions, and customer experience. Focus on understanding business challenges, achieving sales quotas, and providing customer feedback for roadmap development.

Location: Dublin, Ireland. In-person collaboration is essential, requiring work from offices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new accounts by educating contacts on hirify.global's benefits.
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Run product demos to close business at or above quota level.
  • Help build playbooks and define sales motion.
  • Liaise with our incredible EMEA user base to provide world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • A phenomenally strong communicator and engaging presentation skills.
  • A positive and open-minded attitude, with a strong desire for success without sacrificing values.
  • A builder mentality who thrives in collaborative environments and can find creative solutions within ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong technical chops.
  • Direct sales experience combined with selling through Partners.
  • Experience with quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition.
