What you will do

• Engage in requirements elicitation and management, acting as a proxy between product owners, development teams, and project leaders.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Document and effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Prioritize initiatives and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects that meet business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and documentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to determine acceptable solutions.
• Advanced technical skills and competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Understanding of requirements (elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, management) and the full software development lifecycle.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate.
