What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project financials, including cost estimation, budget tracking, and expense control.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, assigning responsibilities and driving accountability.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead large-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives and deliver/support multiple ServiceNow modules.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience leading and delivering complex technology projects.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience leading and implementing ServiceNow initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong preference for experience implementing CMDB and CSM, and a solid understanding of CSDM and ITOM Discovery processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
