• Create and prioritize efficiency by navigating dependencies, mitigating technical collisions, and adjusting plans.
• Champion Agile excellence by leading scalable best practices and aligning backlogs with strategic objectives.
• Establish clear, efficient communication within and across teams.
• Develop the Scrum Master Chapter by mentoring and guiding Scrum Masters.

Requirements

• Proven Agile leadership experience, implementing Agile values, frameworks, and best practices.
• Directly led, performance managed, and developed Scrum Masters.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with both teams and senior leadership.
• Ability to guide product teams, fostering collective problem-solving and an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Candid approach, willing to challenge existing processes and drive meaningful change.

Nice to have

• Expert using Jira or other Agile tools for managing work and dependencies.
• Experience facilitating Agile processes within teams focused on hardware or device creation.
